Ordinary People Worshipping an Extraordinary God
At Oak Tree Baptist Church, we are ordinary people worshiping an extraordinary God. We were founded by Pastor Bruce Thompson and his wife Jill Thompson in 1999 in Groveland, Florida. In 2020, Brandon Newmon took over pastoral duties, and now Pastor Brandon and his wife, Trinity, are leading our congregation. Oak Tree Baptist Church is on a mission to serve the Lord and help lead others to know Jesus Christ.
Our church is passionate about helping grow the Kingdom of God. At Oak Tree Baptist Church, we want to help people in our community in any way they need. Our church family can help answer any questions you may have about Jesus Christ if you are unsure or want a clear direction to know Him.
